If you have no reason to replace the bolts, why? The stock ones aren't going to stretch.

a little insurance in busting the headgasket? from boostin i just over compensate on all my setups and ive never really put any headstuds in yet...
is it possible to install the headstuds on a b20 without removing the head?... that prolly sounds a bit of a stupid question.. then again..

Nope, the headstuds don't stick up high enough through the head, to be able to put a wrench on them to do the double nut routine (tightening them into the block).
