Default b18c4 turbo build

im in the u.k and im in the process of building an EK civic with a b18c4. The car was on the road before but the turbo kit was built using cheap and nasty parts. i had no other choice but to take the car off the road and start saving! well after what felt like a lifetime of spending endless money on parts im nearly there!
Heres a spec of the old engine
. b18c4 with short ratio box (no lsd)
. home made 2 inch boost pipes
. very cheap t3/t4 no name ebay turbo 63 trim
. cheap external wastegate
. xs power ram horn mani (kept cracking)
. mapped using crome
. custom cheap 2 1/2 down pipe and exhaust
. standard internals

i had endless problems with this setup.

heres a list of the new spec

. custom competition ross pistons and rings
. eagle steel rods
. darton sleeves
. brian crower valve train including stg 2 turbo cams, valves, springs and titanium retainers
. genuine duel ball bearing garrett GT35R. 1.06
. 3 inch downpipe through to a side exit exhaust
. genuine tial 38mm wastegate with 50mm bov
. huge intercooler with 3 inch mandrel bent ally boost pipes
. still using crome (will crome be ok?)
. i have brought a rev hard log mani, will this be ok or should i buy a tubular?
. drag race bearings
. arp drag race head bolts
. large custom ally rad
. huge oil cooler

i have a few questions as ive been trying to do it all myself but need help now!

. will crome be ok to use with this setup?
. will my log mani be ok for high hp?
. any one got any idea what hp im looking at? it will be run on pump gas? (97)
. my old turbo was oil cooled only, the new 35r is water and oil cooled, where did people tap there water lines in?ive just brought a garrett water fitting kit (the ones with the O rings and bars if u know wot i mean)
. i being told the hot side of my exhaust is too big, is it going to be too lagy to drive?im really not too bothered about it lagging i just dont want it to hit boost at the end of the revs (car will be revving to 9 1/2 thousand rpm)
. what cc injectors am i going to be requiring as the last ones were 550cc and i know they wont be up for the job
. im running walbro 255 fuel pump but im being told i need to have 2?? is this true?

any help would be great as im stuck now!

cheers for reading, Dan
