well if its got low comp pistons it should be fine for boost but the 450's arent going to cut it get something 680 or bigger.

sorry to break it to you but keeping up with 265 crank HP 3000 lb turds in a GSR hatch means that motor is making about 160 whp.

turbo kit: i have a complete Garett t3/t4 kit with everything for a direct bolt on pipes, intercooler, 38mm wastgate, BOV, turbo and aftermarket intake manifolds, oil lines, return line, boost control all this was in the kit. i then got 450cc DSM inj., ZEX spark plugs and a motorola 2.5 map sensor. is this enough info to let me know how much HP i can expect. thanks for all the comments without them i would still think my car had 245 whp

245 all motor...chances are u have highcompression pistons.with a turbo u have a good chance of melting a piston on pump gas u will need to run race gas unless u change to low compression pistons..

No matter the compression, with an efficient setup and high enough octane fuel, you can turbo it...whether or not its practical is a different story. If you have access to E85, then problem solved

More importantly, WHICH t3/t4?

I believe it was already stated, (you may have missed his comment) but unless you plan to stay below 280whp, the 450dsm injectors are on the small side. it would be wise to upgrade a bit higher to at least 550cc injectors and above.
