i just blew my type r motor ,#2 cylinder ,intake valve broke and stem went right through the #2 piston,i suspect the retainer was at falt because of 3 yrs of taking it up to 10k. i want to go forced induction i sent my type r head to get machined im now shopping for valvetrain parts and im going to by a bottom end already sleeved and decked (b18c) i want to use my type r crank if it is still good .i want to run high boost. what valvetrain ,pistons and rods should i get ?

Alot of people will tell you to search. There are thousands of archived threads about rods, pistons, valvetrains, pretty much anything you could think of. the search function might be a little hard to use at first but you get the hang of it.
