B18c-R 91crx boosted.
Hope this is not totally wrong posted
ran it on stock compression (11,1-1) @9psi..
Now time for some serius rebuild, so the car and engine is beeing ripped apart.
The stg3 full-race is hopefully sold soon and awaiting to have the stg4 topmount t67-or gt40.
Stock engine at 9psi
New sexy rods..
Car is now ripped apart............going to be seriusly boosted this time..
let me know what you think...

Cannot do a top mount without major mods to headlight housing. Plus the 4" downpipe wont clear the crossmember.
Sleeve and Build the engine and run 25 psi and your be fine.

I just dont think its worth the trouble of fabricating so much for not much gain. In a crx you dont need 800 hp to run 9's. But hey whatever if you got the money and time and want to hack the car up then that all you.

Re: B18c-R 91crx boosted. (crxhybrid1320)
Maybe, but before you say it is to little space, remember the crossbar is changed with a thin full-race traction bar..the 3" wouldt fit with the stock bar either..
The point of having a new kit is to be king of the hill here in norway, it may sound stupid.
But hey I`ll have to catch up with the sick street driven Bmw m5 1300whp that lurkin around Lol
To many high horse powered cars(not Hondas)
The Norwegian marked diss FWD and you have to build a trend here to..
Over in the us it seems that every other citicents have more than 500whp.
Nuff BS from me today, hope you like the picks
Have a nice day....

A 3" downpipe will fit with the full-race traction bars, but the 4" I'm not sure and what radiator are you running.

Re: B18c-R 91crx boosted. (Groovinator)
Oh, I had full-race polish the manifold and turbo for me.
Thanks for all replys, Loved the topmount crx you`ve posted..
I have a buyer for my turbo system, so It`s soon time to order.
Didnt know you can ask them to custom make the kits??
Anyway Ill have to deal with the space problem later some choppin of the front is no problem,I had to reweld motormounts too.
since the engine was to big to fit the engine bay properly, even with the hasport mounts(think they mixed the ef with si.)
If it is not enough room for the downpipe Maybe I go for 4" sidepipe instead , the new rad is going to be relocated I think(maybe go for an electric waterpump, and rear mount radiator.)dont know yet.
The traction before was not good, did`nt stop spinnin untill 3rd gear, but remember that my tires are not the best on the marked and I believe that a upgrade there will give more traction even on high boost.
The Interior and sound isolatoin har been ripped. the hatch is replaced with carbonfiber and rear windows is of lexan(light) the sunroof is altso ripped out and swithed with lexan, (soon all the windows will be, but need to weld the new roll bar to the chassis before I`ll do that, becouse of the strength glass windows give)
Want to go below 800kg if possible..
It`s not going to be much street driving..
Only in weekends with test plates.
I can post some details of the bmw later in another thread(have to collect pics and info first)
And maybe I`ll post some spec of mine too
Thanks again, Have a nice day..
