I'm looking to do a mild build over the winter on my b18c head and leave the block stock for the time being.

I'm just wanting to go N/A for now and possibly a turbo in the future.

Questions are:

-If was was to replace seals, camshafts, cams, and valves, What if any an estimate of hp would i gain from this?
-And what stage of camshafts would be best for N.a but also be enough for a turbo later on?

Im just looking for my head to be much more reliable.

And going to run s300 hondata. And looking towards Brian Crower products for this build. (new header and exhaust too with time)

I'm a noob and learning slowly in the process, if you can guide and help me with this, any information with this would help me a ton, and on what you would prefer to go with for products. no judgement.

Looking around 1000-1500$ on this build or less depending on deals. (not including exhaust/header)
