A/F is in the mid 12:1.

14PSI at 6000rpm

He runs 10-11psi daily driven and 12-14psi at the track with C16.

Its been running for almost a year now. He races every Friday night at Atlanta Dragway.

His fuel pressure is set to like 42psi. I'll get pictures of his hatch and engine shots shortly.

Did Ed tune this motor? Typically you don't see him push the envelope in tuning like he did on this motor...

I am surprised he pushed this motor as far as it went. No offense intended.

Did you guys just tell him take it to its limits?

I dont know.....he always traps 120mph when he's hitting his 11.6's....boots is not always at 14psi too....he has a cheap manifold that keeps cracking where the RACEGATE sits because its too heavy...

new time will posted up soon....

none taken...

I dont believe so. Ed knows my cousin pretty well (they've been going there for a while now) and so I think Ed would tell him if he doesnt think that i'll hold up.

Just talked to him and this is fuel setup:

Fuel Setup:
HKS Cosmo Intank Fuel pump (HKS upgrade for Twin Turbo Supra)
RC 550cc peak and hold
Hondata S200

on the dyno it was 14psi at 7500rpm and by the time it hit 8200rpm boost was at 15psi.

And correction at the track he runs 12.5-13.5psi and pushes about 380whp

I'll post pics of his car soon

thats weird..... nice numbers but ED wouldnt go pas 12 psi when he tuned my car.. he stopped when i got 326 @ 12 psi and when i asked him to go further he said NO be happy with what i got with a stock motor... ..... and i had a little more for fuel management than your cousin. i had 880cc injectors and basicalyl the same everything else besides a slightly smaller turbo....

i am redoing everything now before i waste more money on getting tuned... new manifold new turbo new intercooler and down pipe.....

Yea !!! I personally know peter the owner his car is Hella fast and belive it or not he running the SSauto Chrome manifold,
When i spoke to Ed about his car a while ago he said it was a mistake it shouldnt have hit that high, and that he told peter not to run that much or he gonna blow it!!!

BUt still those are nice numbers even if it is CREEPING!!!!

Get rid of that SS autochrome manifold and you will see 100ft/lbs of torque gain in the midrange.. My friend CornbreadJr had that same exact combination w/ the SSautochrome manifold and when he swapped to the full-race he started hitting 280tq @ 5500 rpm and then the torque just carried to redline. The car runs insanely better now and he actually wins races. With the SSautochrome he would always be trying to "catch up" to every fast car he raced cause he had no midrange.

I know Peter personally and can vouch for all that 95PRELUDEVTEC206 has claimed. This car is at the track every friday here in ATL. I was just at his shop on Monday. Peter, Trihn, David, and Sung(sp) all have wickedly fast turbo hatches that put down awesome numbers. Ed has pulled extreme #s out of all their cars. I think Ed goes above and beyond for this crew. They normally tune all their cars on one day, so they probably tell him what they are expecting.

Peter's stock motor has been taking a beating for a long time and still pulls amazingly hard. He takes this car to the track every friday for test n tune and it's a full daily driven car. He's been N/A w/ cams, full wet nitrous setup, and now boost on the same motor w/ no rebuild. That's an insanely well put together motor by Honda/Acura!!!

Good stuff to Peter and his crew, and lots of props to Ed at Balanced
