Re: b18c or b18 a/b sleeved (Corinthians)
There is not too much difference between the two dimensionally:
B18C ( GSR )
87.2 mm stroke
81 mm bore
5.430" rod length
1.890 rod big end bore
.858" big end width
has oil orifice for vtec head
8.346 deck height ( 212 mm )
Has a tied-in 3 main girdle / 2 floating main caps
B18A/B ( LS )
89mm stroke
81 mm bore
5.394" rod length
1.890 rod big end bore
.935" big end width
does not have orifice for vtec head
8.346 deck height ( 212 mm )
5 floating main caps
That is about it. Either one is great for boost when sleeved, and both can make excellent power. The B18A/B is a bit less expensive and you get a few extra CC's. I like the LS personally, I like the TQ it makes

if you never plan to sleeve the b18c1, then i would just do the b18b and sleeve like you mentionied...but if later down the road you want to go for more poiwer, then b18c1

Re: (Corinthians)
Th gsr rods, pistons and crank will fit right in the ls block. You lose a little displacement and gain a little better rod/stroke ratio.Go with the sleeved ls block.

Re: (Corinthians)
Nope.B18c rods are narrower on the crank end and would have to much side clearance.Secondly with the increased stroke the piston would stick out the top of the block at tdc.
