b18b1 stock sleeve ? boost?
sounds like you have a lot of research to do before buying any parts. it's not a question of how much boost you can run, as different turbos product different amounts of power at the same psi number; but of how much power you can run. you should spend some time looking through the forced induction forum.
i'd throw on a T3/T04E and push about 14 psi runnin chevron 93 and NGK BKR7E plugs & wires, tuned on S300. or at least crome. get some 550cc injectors. start reading lots of threads about this
Boost isn't the issue. It's how much power can you put down before the stock sleeves fail. The general consensus there is about 500-550whp (with a proper tune and fuel of course). I dont know what your plans are, but on my setup (listed in sig), i plan to make no less than 450whp this spring and that's still stock sleeves.

Boost doesnt really crack sleeves its the detinnation that does.ive seen 400-550hp all day on stock sleeves.400hp or so can be done on 93 oct but anything above ide use race fuel of some kind.i would say seeing you already have pistons/rods work on a fuel system...pump,injectors,rail,fpr,fp gauge to make sure you have plenty of fuel pres and stable, a wideband always helps,..something to tune with..love the s300 but on a budjet chrome works. read up a little or pm me with any ? i can tell you everything for a low cost buils to a high boost build

one of the mods needs to stick this question and start banning for incompetence for not searching or reading stickies.
if you have forged internals you can run all the power you'd be able to hook up on radials. read more and type less.

^^That's easier said than done. Someone would have to compile all of the good info into one thread without a bunch of stupid posts in it. I've thought of taking the time to do it, but haven't had any time lately...stupid Fargo flood
well i am looking for 350 hp at crank with tune from chrome rc750 cc injectors stock fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator and a whalbro fuel pump
question: do i need an upgraded fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator ? what are the downsides and the upsides or is it just not possible with stock regulator ?

turbo setup borg warner 57 trim spa topmount m,anifold mshimoto intercooler tial wastegate ebay bov and a custum 2.5 turbo back exhaust system
i really could use help with choosing my setup since i am going to buy it and the fuel system if i have to, i am in the dark here i havent tried turbo before i have done alot of research, but i am a mechanic of 5 years -i can build it but will it work ? please help me thanks
You dont need an upgraded fuel rail or FPR for those goals...hell you dont even need to build the engine. A stock block will handle that power with ease. As for the turbo setup, it really depends on what YOU want. I wouldn't just pick a setup based on what you may have seen around the forum. Tailor your setup towards your personal goals more and you'll be a lot happier with the outcome
i upgraded the fuel rail and fpr just to assure i didnt have any drop in fuel press..also 750cc injectors should be gd for 400hp. a t3 60/63 turbo should keep you happy for a while and its not so big where you would have boost lag.
just find a gd tuner cause i dnt care if your fully built and sleeved without the proper tune you will blow up.
i have a darton sleeved 85mm fully built ls block and a crower head with 402-t cams, precision sc61 60/63 and i was happy
did a customers gsr with stock sleeves, forged pistons and rods and we made 450hp on 18psi with a gt35r on a topmount if that helps and it ran great
