Default B18B Turbo Cams?

Is there any out there besides Crower for B18B? Are Crowers turbo cam worth it?

I posted a thread about this a while back. Everyone says w/ a good turbo cam you're going to gut your bottom end. The 403's work as a good turbo cam w/ a decent idle and low end power. The 404's work great if you want to go all out.

like Etylorcen said. I use the 403 cams but want to go to the 404s for more top end. Cant complain about the 40s though, dont go with the cam that Crower has for turbo applications its too small.

Everyone says w/ a good turbo cam you're going to gut your bottom end.

What does that mean? I assume it means I'll blow my bottom end with turbo cams? I don't plan to purchase cams till the last Stage of my buildup which probably won't be till I get my tax return back in the year 2003. I plan on pistons, rods, sleeves, p & p, valves, springs, cams, and retainers all at once. So it should hold up.

I am thinking he ment it will hurt your bottom end power.
