B18B ???????'s
I have an OBD 1 95 Civic DX and I plan on swapping in a 97 OBD2 B18b, I also plan on boosting it in the future...would I want to use the DX ecu or buy a P74 OBD1 ecu for the LS to run properly?

Is that the only thing that you had to do, Just replace the ECU with a 94-95 model and everything just plugged in ok

why not go for like a 94 - 95 LS motor so you can stay OBD1 so you can use things like hondata and also not have the worries of converting to OBD2

with an ODBII motor, you don't have to use the extra O2 sensor or all the other little ODBII plugs. all you need to so is rewire the distributor and the injectors and that's it. it's really basic and easy to do if you have your ODBI plugs to compare with your ODBII. after that all you need is the ODBI ecu. if you need help on doing this swap, just email me and i'll be happy to walk you through it. remember, you learn something new everytime you actually attempt to do it.

Can you email me some pics or a detailed list of instructions...I don't want to get started and then not have any reference!
BTW the reason I am going with the OBD2 motor is because I am getting the long block for $600.
