Default B18 turbo setup wnt hold boost..Help

Hai guys,apart from nt knowing how to realli setup the ebc(greddy profec b spec 2) what other issues could be related to my setup nt holding boost..the car will bosst to 1.2bar than drop off to 1bar n hold there at 7000rpm onwards

setup: custom turbo manifold,greddy type r bov,blitz ic,TD06 20g turbo,trust 0.8bar spring wastegate.

wastegate??turbo??or any leaks??

THink your **** is leaking.. i had the same problem, the car wouldnt boost..

check for leaks its less than 10 bucks to make a good boost leak tester.

also what size exhaust are you running? we had a boosted d16z6 with a greddy kit that had a really small cat and it was killing the hp and boost levels. wouldn;t boost over 6lbs because of the cat.

tats what i was tinking too..but the car boosted at a constant 14psi..if someting were to leak,i doubt it would get that kinda boost.

im running a 3inch xhaust piping all the way thru,so i dun tink its the xhaust system. funny thing is,the car will boost higher,just that it wt hold n drop to say 2-3psi at 7000rpm onwards.

i would unhook the boost controller and try that to see if it holds the steady pressure. also where is the pressure line to your wastegate comming from? if its from the compressor try running it from somewhere on the intake manifold. like the brake booster or fuel pressure regulator vacume line.
