Is this on a stock block? Interested to see how you get on. We've just installed one on a b18 with pistons and rods also.

5857 BB is a really fun turbo... Is it billet too? my billet 6262 BB comes on VERY quickly and I love it.

Burgermass is really good tuner... Youll be pleased. Is it on eCtune?

Looks good man! It's going to be a beast once it's all finished!

Is this Rinn?? If so, you don't know me, but I know Kyle J and have talked to the guys up at the store. When they found out I have a turbo Honda, they always bring up your car. LOL Anyways, I'm not sure if I'm talking to the right guy, but I'm thinking I am.

ya he is deff a badass tuner ..he tuned my last set up was almost the same but with precision 1000cc and dbb 35r ran like a beast on 5050 meth and 30psi.. im wondering when the boost will come in on this turbo it is a billet wheel dbb i havent seen many hondas that run this on.. he just tuned a white eg coupe that i see at baytown raceway that went 11:90s on pump gas and 325HP! dude really knows his ****..

That sounds good man. Tell Kyle to get with me next time yall get together. I daily my civic, but I rarely drive it around town due to lack of A/C. LOL But yeah, I'd be done to tag along to some meets or the track. I've got a friend in Houston too with a Legacy GT that would probably be down to meet up if we're ever out his way too.

No real pics on here. Mine looks like a beater from the outside, but that's the way I like it. LOL PM me your number, and I can text you some.

The hood exit is pretty conspicuous. LOL When I get my new turbo, the downpipe is going to be 3" and I plan to put a cutout in before the 2.5" system. Just have to see where I can fit it all.

Interested in seeing how much power this turbo can make. I'm torn between this and the 6262.

I think youll be limited to around 450whp. That about the compressor is going to flow.

I believe that they are a bit more capable than that. what he's saying is after that point, you're just pushing the turbo harder and harder. Never use a turbocharger at its maximum.

It will .. I did 400HP on the PTE CEA54mm on a B16 with a log mani at about 28PSI or so. I think we'll crack 500 with the 58.. Hurry and do that direct port meth setup we talked about.. And use HARD LINES this time.. No more fires!!

I was thinking about it, that HHR we did made just over 400 @ 23PSI and i was on a 5857 journal bearing on pump gas. I don't think we'll have any issue reaching your power goal..

Too bad your block isn't sleeved, I'd say lex mix some nitromethane in with your meth, I bet 10% or so would give you a nice little boost in power ..
