B16A2 is this a good setup for a turbo build
I know the compression is to high so I know what I will need to change that but is the block itself going be able to handle the compression without having to get it sleeved. I only want around 400hp so that I can still at least drive it on the street. I am very new to the turbo game just want more than the 214hp I have now and I can't pull that off without a turbo.

I'd change the bottom end to be safe for 400whp, the compression issue is easily addressed in the fact that you'd be using an aftermarket piston set.
10.0:1 is fine for 400whp depending upon whether or not you have 93 octane fuel or not.
