oooo sexy!!! on that dyno sheet of JRSC it says maxpower only 190? that must be with the 6 psi pully right? does the 8 psi really make that big of a difference? also when i get the 8 psi pulley how do i adjust the boost so it runs 8 psi not 6?

Here is my mildly built LS:

You will not make the torque I do but you will pull hard all the way until the rev limiter stops you. My advice is to get a stepper pulley from MVM or from Endyn.

The 190 is 6 PSI with the FMU and IAT relay for engine management. With 8 PSI and tuning you should make well over 200 WHP.

I also like the MVM stepper pulley, I ran one for a while and it was a good piece.

Other good stuff that has worked for me:

Endyn-ported blower

LHT Intercooler

Edelbrock 75mm TB

Custom big-tube header -w- a 3" merge collector.

To change the boost you change the pulleys. Intercooler is a good idea as soon as you can afford it.

daniels we're talked about it before and you suggest running 6 psi on the JRSC. now should i go ahead and get the kit that runs at 6 psi and also get hondata right off the bat so i get the best tune and get the best HP? also what hondata should i get and how much is it?

Starting with a tuneable ECU would be ideal. Otherwise you end up tapping into ECU wires with piggybacks, or running flaky FMUs. Not to mention your power, reliability, and driveability will be much better.

If you want to do hondata, the s300 is their latest OBD1 offering and costs $595. This doesn't include the price of the chipped ECU.

Hondata is a chipped ECU. You need to get the ECU modified for Hondata:

basically i just need to do some modifications that's it? would i be better off just getting a piggy back like greddy e manage? i'm going to be getting everything tuned professionally but i'm gonna be installing everything myself and i need something that's going to not only work good but fairly easy to install.
