Default B16a to Ls question

Hey h-t. I have a jdm b16a right now boosted and tuned on 10lbs. I need to sell the b16 and want to put a Ls motor in. The only problem I am comming across is the ECU. What am I going to have to do about that? Is it possible to run my chipped and tuned p28 for the time being till I get the car re-tuned for the ls or what? Thanks lol.

You can have your ecu chipped by moetes.net to run crome. Then down load LS bin and you are good to go.

So what you are saying is to just get a new chip and download some kind of Ls turbo base map?

You can run your chipped P28 but you will want at least a base map for your setup until you can get it fully tuned. Hit up any tuner around (I perfer J-K-Tuning.com) and tell them your setup and they can burn you a new chip with a basemap that you can use for the time being until you get it tuned. Then all you will need to do is pop out your old chip and replace it with the new one.
