350-400hp on a b16a can be made without changing the rs ratio. start with rods, pistons, sleeves, & aftermarket fuel management, then top it off with a nice turbo & large intercooler. a relatively simple setup like this in a hatch will definitely get you deep into the 11 sec. club.

I have a b16a. Yeah my goal is to run 11's. I have the money it's just a matter finding parts and know what works. What kind of axles do people use with this kind of hp?

on b16a this is what i would do first. send it to GE get it sleeved. probably 82 or 83mm bore nothing to wild. Then second thing i would do is get your head sent out to Portflow to get the valve springs and retainers done as well as good port and polish. use a equal length tubular manifold with a 60-1 t4 straight setup. either go with a speed pro, motec, haltech, dfi or hondata system which ever one is in your budget and your preference. Get around 1000cc injectors. Get a fuel system tht is capable to run that high hp.
For intercooller depening on what racing and what this car is used for. choose a large air to air for street/strip setup or go all out race wit ha water to air unit. If you run methanol which is allowd in mostclasses next year then all you would need is intercooler piping 2.5 inch will be sufficient. No need of intercooler then,.
For intake manifold get a Customer one done or wait for the JG edelbrock unit to come out should be couple weeks for b16a heads.
For Cams go with some b16a or type R cams
for suspension you need a good coilover setup with doublerebound option. GC makes a hell of setup in there advance design group.
You can either choose Mark Williams for axles he did the venom car. or go wiht JG setup, or Rob Moore of Moore performance or you can either go with less extreme stuff mentioned
Driveshaft shop stage 5 or go with Stage 4 sine you not making that much pwr.

How about toda cams? Is it worth the money? I think they are like $700 but I rather spend the money and do it right.

a friend of mine had a turbo'd/b16 in his 4th gen 2 years ago. daily driven. approx 350 hsp to the wheels and ran high 11's. his motor was stock except for the inlinepro headgasket.

or you could do what b18turbo said and you will run 10's daily driven or low 9's in a race chassis.

11.9@107mph with my I/c pipes blowing off as soons as I hit 4th gear! Then caught a 1.67 60 ft time pipe blew off in 3rd gear 12.4@94mph, then 11.9@116mph pipe blew off at 1000ft mark! The pipes are getting welded tomorrow and back to the track on Sunday.
