Default b16a .020 over stock sleeve w/ block guard w/75 shot

b16a .020 over stock sleeves w/ block guard w/75 shot. Does this sound safe or would I be better just doing .010 over. Yea I know nobody likes block guards, and yea I know its safer not to bore it. But anyone who has a little experience is welcomed to give there opinion. Thanks!
