Default b16 turbo help

this is what i got
b16A JDM(170hp)
82mm JDM Low Compression Piston Kit
eagle rods
Hybrid T3 T04E 5-bolt Turbocharger( .50 Compressor A/R / .70 Turbine A/R)
510cc integra turbo fuel injectors
turbo fuel pressure regulator
milled flywheel
full exhaust 2 1/4inch
stage 2 clutch
255 fuel pump
head is port and polished, intake too.
compression is 9(7:4 i think)
16psi wastegate
crank is polished, milled and balanced
p30 with crome tune it my self.
It is in honda del sol 2500pounds!
it will be a street car and my goal is 300-350whp- and 12s or low 13s 1/4mile.
The car has been running about 700 miles now and i havent been pushing it past 5000rpm , but now its time to go crazy . I think i am doing something wrong but dont know what, wide band shows 11-12s but the car is not running too good after 5k rpm, it runs good only if i do very easy on the gas pedal, but it goes only up to 10psi and its set up to do 16psi,so between 10 and 16psi it sound's like its rich or lean on gas, but Wb shows 11-12's crome shows that injectors are 100% used at 7-8rpm (16psi) so it cant be lean i just dotn know what else to do.. maybe spark plugs are wrong... i just got some 750cc injectors but 510 should be good enough for those 16psi and my 350whp goal... and this very low compression that i have.Maybe the turbo is too big. Any help... i should have to make some datalogging and see how thats gonna help. I have 17 rims with street tires and i guess thats gonna slow me down a lot on 1/4 mile but if i put some slick do u guys think 12's will be a problem ? thanks

so what exactly is your compression? 7 or 9? what grade fuel are you using? i hope you have a decent size intercooler and your exhaust is too small... what is your timing up top?

Ok so compression is 7:4:1. And yea exhaust is kind of small. Intercooler is a good size), fuel is 100 (in europe) i am not sure about the timing and i thinks that one of the things i need to look up in, i am using a .bin file for a set up thats almost like mine so i didnt change the timing, only the fuel map.what do i have to change my timing to?
