I bored my sleeved B16 to 84mm, just in case anything happened. I had a boost controller problem at the track and melted the pistons a bit, requiring a rebuild and a bore to 84.5mm. I ran it at a bit over 400 WHP, which was as much as I wanted for a car that I mostly used on the street, but it could have made 500. I drove it for a few years until I sold it to somebody, last I heard he was still running it. Like others said, go a little smaller so you have a bit of room for error, you may need it.
i have one
check my sig not tuned on dyno yet. im going in a couple of weeks. and i think i have plenty of room to go on my sleeves. you can still go to a 85.5 or a 86mm.
