Default B16 motor build help

OK I scrapped my mini-me project to fund my new B16 turbo motor and found some problems with it already. I only paid $250 for the complete motor, ecu, mounts, and shift linkage so I figured there had to be something wrong. As it turns out there is a pretty good amount of rust on the cylinder walls due to the motor sitting with bad plug seals and water leaking in. I had taken the head off to go to the machine shop for a p&p and 5 angle valve job but now my focus is on the block. I read about posting but I don't wanna be cheap so I think I may go sleeved. Now my question is what is involved in the process because I don't know who to buy from or which bore to go with. I plan on upgrading crank, getting low comp pistons, and better bearings also. This will be a street car but not daily driver. I've heard something about going overbore so that if you have had your valves angled more air can flow otherwise its not worth overboring. I plan on running high boost @ all times and I would rather be safe than sorry on all aspects so if someone else has a set-up similar I could use some help. Thanks for taking the time to read.

cheap fix - have the current sleeves bored out .020" to 81.5mm ~100$ at machine shop

expensive fix - have the block sleeved. Since you are on the east coast I would go with Z10 in New Jersey to have it done. ~$1000 http://www.z10motorsports.com

Have you had work done there? I'd rather be safe than sorry on the build so I want to sleeve.

There is nothing really unsafe about a small overbore ... People make tons and tons of power on stock sleeves all day long... you can post, but I don't really even think you need that.

So with a daily driver and high boost I don't need to sleeve or post? I assumed I would have to but thats good, although I have to bore now should I go the minimun?

general rule of thumb is > 400whp then sleeve it in my opinion... but theres more then one way to accomplish the same goals in honda land

only bore as much as you have to. talk to an engine building machine shop and they will know what it needs.
