B16 LS Vtec Turbo
I'm new to this forum and I'm no expert here. I know just enough to be dangerous. Anyway, I currently have a B16 LS Vtec and I would like to know if it is possible to successfully install a turbo and drive the vehicle despite the increased compression that results from the head/block combination.
If I build the engine with forged internals, would the compression even matter or is there a way to lower the compression without having to go with the LS or GSR head?
Honestly, I would love to have a turbo build (as I have never had a turbocharged engine before) but I would rather just use what I already have.
I've searched around without much success so I am turning to the people in the forum to help me out.

Yes, you can turbo that motor without having to worry about the compression. You'll be limited to the same amount of power every other stock B turbo build is limited to, you'll just make better power under the boost curve.
