Default b16 idles rough

I am having problem with my car running rough. Its a stock b16 with gsr cams. I have a walboro 255 with id1000's. Running a b16 turbo basemap sent from a tuner. My vac gauge reads -9 psi, my wideband reads lean 21.8, but im running an open downpipe until I get my exhaust back. I have check the compression 200,190,200,200. At first I thought it was my injectors because when I d/c 1 and 4, the engine would die but when i d/c 2,3 no change. Pulled spark plugs and there is gas on top of it. Any suggestions would help a bunch.

Get a good tune. Should fix everything.
I'm reading -20 on my vac gauge at idle.
U might have a big vacuum leak that was fixed by adding fuel to make it idle.

If ur reading -9. There's prob the issue

If it's running at 21.8 air/fuel ratio at idle no wonder the idle is crap, add some fuel to bring it down to 14.7-15.0 air/fuel ratio
