B16+Hondata S200B+550CC INJ+Tuning=?
I searched and search and just didnt get what I was looking for. So dont say search.
I'm looking for a ballpark estimate of WHP with this setup. I currently have a B16 in my EG6.
Heres my soon to be setup...
B16A2 Stock Internals for now.
Peak boost turbo kit
Hondata S200B
550CC Injectors
3" Exhaust
MSD SCI Ignition with HVC Coil
Walbro Fuel Pump
Fluidyne Radiator to keep things cooler
8-10PSI

Car will be tuned by Straight Line Tuning in NJ. Full Race requested them to me.
At 10PSI and tuned I was hoping for somewhere around 330WHP.

boosted single cams usually put out equal too or more torque than b16s...
250-275 is more realistic for stock block @ 10psi.

No way you'll make 300whp at only 10psi
More like 240-260.
Even 275 is very far fetched.
It depends on the trim of t3/t4 turbo you use though.

Well after I pay the credit card off from all that crap, I'm going to get a Skunk2 valvetrain with the turbo cams. That should add a few horse. Then after the valvetrain is paid for, i'll get a GSR block and beef it up.

funny my friend was making 250whp at 10 psi on a very small apexi turbo kit on his b16.

Yea I agree about that.....we are tuning a CRX and we have him at 268whp @ 7000rpm just on the low speed cam...(without vtec). However, that is at 12lbs of boost. We can't get to 8100rpm yet because of misfires so needless to say at 8100rpm, 10lbs, with vtec, no problem making 275whp.

I'm glad your friend did.
But I wasn't so lucky I guess. Granted I have lower compression, but at 10psi I made 240whp with the revhard kit and an SC50 .60/.63 a/r.
I also have seen tons of dynos that prove that I'm not far from the norm.
I find it unrealistic to make 300whp at 10psi with a practically stock b16, even with an SC61.

I dunno dude, that peak boost turbo kit is pretty bad ***. Although 240WHP does sound in the right ball park. I got my Civic dyno'd when I first dropped the B16 in. bone stock, she put down 140WHP.

B.S. turbo made 309 on 10 psi on a stock b16 with a sc61, that with a log manifold and everything.

Well good, because I made a change up in my setup.
Precision SC61 with Blox Manifold instead of tubular.
