hey i have done alot of research and people have said there share but what do you all think here on honda tech??? any one post you numbers with ls vtec, b16 with gsr head and b18c1 with b16 head what do you guys think and why?

I prefer and recommend the b16 head with gsr cams. That is what i always run.
