Are b16 and B18c headgaskets the same????????

yep, they are the same, just headstunds are longer on gsr :-P

I think all DOHC B-Series VTEC head gaskets are the same. But yes, the GSR and SIR gaskets are the same.

Yeah, I agree, if he is selling you a used head gasket, forget it. Does not matter if it is a month or two years old...

b16 and b18c share the same headgasket. I'm currently running it in my gsr.

i'm gonna get a new oem and use the new outer layers and the inline metal inner layer

also yea dont reuse a headgasket, youll kick yourself later if it does happen to blow.
