Default B-series crew 400whp+, b16 tranny or gsr tranny (the key differences)

Right now I am out of a tranny. I used to have a Ls tranny till the I busted something inside. I been posting but didnt really get the answer I was looking for. I rode around w/ my ls on my LS/vtec turbo setup and let me say it sucks.
Not worrying about the highway driving with either one of the trannys. Both of them will probably put my rpms high up during 5th gear cruising. This will be kind of a daily driver / track car.

Looking for something that will accerlate real good through all the gears if possible. Want to stay in my powerband through shifting. Something were I can downshift it wont have my rpm way up there to the point I have to shift again once punching the gas.

Thanks Rod
