Default B series and BOOST

So a year ago I did a nice D series boost project.

Looking to start a B series project.

Probably going to swap in a B16, but I'm very new to the B series.

This will be for my DD, and I will probably be putting an LS 5th in for highway driving.

Few questions I have:

1.) What are the b16's stock internals good for? whp / trq

2.) Best tranny for b16 + boost?

b16 is short but if you are running a 5th from an ls you will be set. but yea i woudl run much more than 250 to 275 hp with reliability in mind

Yeah, cant go wrong with the B16 (or even GSR) tranny with an LS 5th for highway cruising.

300 to 320 whp stock LS builds are very common, dont see why a stock B16 wouldnt handle the same power, granted the turbo setup is efficient, the motor is healthy, and the tune is spot-on. Good luck with the project, homie.
