Axle pops out after new setup
Well my axle pops out of the tranny on the passenger side after hard pulls. It happens every once in a while. Ive tried like 4-5 different axles already and no the snap ring is not stuck in the diff. I even swapped trannys and it still does it. It never did it before with my old LS turbo setup at 231whp. Now with my lsvtec and like 420 whp, it started popping out. Checked the mounts and nothing is ripped. I also added rear motor inserts since my last motor. I also have full integra front brakes/spindles, control arms, and sway bar

i was testing that and it seems theres too much play, so it seems like something is causing the distance between the hub and tranny to be too long

at the end of the axle that goes into the tranny there is a ring that is designed to keep the axle in place. Check to make sure its still there or might need replacing. Hope this helps, Benny
edit: just read the post before me, that should do the trick

fyi.....I got an axle a vatozone after about 10 minutes of driving it popped out. I figured they gave me the wrong one (maybe an LS, not GSR) so i took it back and got another one. Same **** happened.
I found out that vatozone had the wrong part numbers on the axles, they tagged the LS as GSR.
Once I got the right axle, no problems.
