Autometer gauges off?
Alright, I bought some autometer gauges for my car (boost, oil temp, egt). I knoticed on my buddies sr20det 240sx, his carbon series autometer boost gauge never 0's out. It stays at 1psi when the car is turned off. Mine is the sport comp series i believe or something like that. Mine as well never 0's out. It stays 2 lines in vaccum. Just for the hell of it we hooked my gauge up to his car real quick to see where vaccum was at idle on both cars. My gauge read his car at 21 in vaccum, his gauge read at 13 in vaccum.
Now is it me or is something wrong here? I called autometer at least 10 times the last few days and got that "all techs are currently helping other customers at the time" message every time.
Should i bother with it? I know one of our gauges are wrong, actually both are probably wrong.

Re: (93turbo16)
not to jack but do you like your blokx guages? are they accurate? And for the OP they are kinda notorious for not being the best things out there, if you have some sort of ems that you can datalog see if the gauge matches up with what the ecu is seeing

They are the same. in/hg, they are both autometer. The problem is one sits higher when it is zeroed out. You can take a screw driver and stick it in the hole that the light goes in and you can actually move where the gauge zeros by kinda scratching the metal inside the gauge. Hard to explain but if you do it you will see what I mean. That might help the OP out.
