Unfortunately, no. OEM Honda automatics are very ill suited for any significant horsepower figures. Even a very small increase will DRAMATICALLY decrease the transmission's life.

any suggestions , I want to put a turbo in my integra and build it up.... just have to do it one thing at a time ,,... and is it hard to change to a manual from an autotranny?
