it was powder coated high temp black is what the guy told me and says on the recipt. I was not aware it would fall off but thats not my question. I want to know what thread size the hole is so after work I can go get a plug.

I just called the guy that powder coated it and he said he uses an "organic powder" that can withstand 1000 degree F temperatures. He had four other headers for some v8 cars that he powder coated also....
Your manifold is going to get hotter than 1000 degrees at times. I used 1200 degree VHT paint but it flaked off, the 1500 is holding up just fine. If you have a local bolt or fastener specialty shop, just take your manifold there and they will be able to find the size and thread pattern for your plug.
Usually 1/8 NPT....I think your coatings guy is confused about his products, but OK
N/A headers are usually fine with 1200 degree ceramicoat but turbos and turbo manifolds usually get treated with 2000 degree (next step from 1200 for ceramicoat)
