Hi, i own a 1995 civic with a d16y8 and a Tdo5h turbo from an evo 3, After my car warms up and i run it a while the turbo starts to do fluttering sound and in idle i feel a lil bit of air coming out of the turbo.

What can cause this?
Is this dangerous for the turbo or the engine ?
Also i saw a small amount of oil coming out of the turbo inlet once.
