asFinishing up turbo setup!
Alright, all the vitals are bought.
Maxrev IC/piping
t3/t04e .57 Turbo
Inlinepro Manifold
Tial 35mm .45bar Wastegate
Maxrev BOV
..on a 90k b18b in an Integra
My downpipe/exhaust is going to be custom fabricated at Jeff's Exhaust 5 mins from my house. I plan on getting the Oil Pan tap welded there too.
Question is.. I don't know the rest of all of the parts I need.
I definitely need an Oil Feed/Return Setup.
I have an SAFC already hooked up - 450cc Injectors as well.
Here are some questions:
- I will not need an FMU, correct?
- should I upgrade my fuel pump? (225 lph pump?)
- should I invest in a fuel rail w/ fuel pressure tap?
- What sort of oil kit is needed? (Inline pro offers feed and return kits - will this suffice? But that's pretty expensive.)
- Vacuum lines - I need these somewhere. Boost gauge/BOV/Wastegate all take lines - where to get these?
- Colder plugs (recommendations?)
- etc.. what am I missing?
Help a feller out.
..trying to get everything bought and at my before December 20th
-Installing ASAP after that.

Hey Justin-
If you want to go with all earls lines, I will help you out on those with part numbers and figuring out what you need
If you plan on running the AFC "hack" you do not need an fmu...but you should get an intake fuel pump. Bigger injectors do not need nearly as high psi than if you run an fmu.
I cant answer your fuel rail question, but from what I've researched...a larger one is not needed, unless you wanted the tap for a fual pressure gauge and wanted to mount the sensor all nice and neat.
vac lines are easy to find and very cheap. just take the fitting that goes on the wastegate with you and see what size you need.
the spark plugs that people reccomend are ngk-6097.
Thats about all I can think of now, before I have to go to class...tell me how it goes

one more thing...
the infamous list of parts needed to run oil feed and return, part numbers correspond to amstreetrod.com
Feed:
1/8 nipple for block -- 991101
1/8 "T" -- 991701
1/8 to -4AN -- 981604
(2 needed) -4AN straight swivelseal hose ends -- 300104
(4 ft needed) -4AN ss hose -- 400040
For adapter to turbo you will need one of these depending on the size of the hole on the turbo itself.....
1/8 npt hole 982204 (Smaller T3's use this one I believe)
1/4 npt hole 982244 (This was the one I used for my t3t4)
Return:
Aluminum return flange found at turbocharged.com p/n is 20259.
-10AN flange side male to hose -- 824510
(2 ft needed) -10AN hose -- 400100
-10AN 45 to pan fitting -- 804610
-10AN union for tapping pan -- 981510
-10AN bluhead nut for union in pan -- 992410
Stratoseal for union (package includes 2) -- 178014
thanks 93lsivic

hah, thanks Sebastian.
Shoulda just consulted the Salisbury University Student Directory instead of Honda-Tech.
..I'll probably talk to you later about it - thanks for the part #'s.
Intank pump you say? I'll start looking into them.

i had been hearing that an inline pump was a better way to go then intank
I don't think you need a fuel rail unless you are going for a lot of power, so stock should be sufficient
Im still trying to figure out exactly what i need to complete my kit as well..

if you are going to run the hack with your vafc and 440s you dont need an inline, it pushes to much presure for the hack, you just need a nice intank pump.
