Default arp headstuds.....lube?

i have d16z6 headstuds and was wondering how to lubricate it. I do not have the arp moly lube, are there any alternatives i.e. different kind of moly (lube?), or 30w oil?

if so what would the torque specs be, thanks.

thanks in advance, i also have already searched and didn't find a definite answer on this.

I always lube my headstuds before installing them, i usually just use any 30w i have alu=yin around. It ensures you get an acurate torque. As for your torque specs, as soon as i find my chilton, i'll post em for ya.

Aren't you suppose to use the Moly lube that it comes with?

if you dont use lube you will not get the proper torque. Moly lube is available at any auto parts store, pepboys, autozone and others.
