ARP Head studs/bolts
Are there two different kinds for B series motors...I see that theres two different sets of headstuds.. some for b18c1 and c5 and others for b18b and b18a etc...Whats the deal?...Are they the same thing?...What would i use for LS Vtec?

Re: ARP Head studs/bolts (B18PoweredCivic)
yes there are two different sets, the heads are different.
for an LS/VTEC you use the kit for whatever head you have.
Main difference is the B18C studs are all the same length while the LS block has 2 longer studs in the middle

Re: ARP Head studs/bolts (ebp 99 si)
i did a bit of searching and it seems like the b16 studs are too short for the ls/vtec. everything i read in the archive's says that you are supposed to use the gsr ones when using either the b16 or the b18c1 head. i do not know for sure though, so if anybody could confirm this that would be cool.

on ls vtec use the studs that are for the head
on ls vtec use the studs that are for the head
