arp hardware???

Default arp hardware???

so i built a b16t with all arp hardware, the motor now has fried piston rings with about 14k miles on 12psi.

my ? is can i reuse the head studs, rod bolts and main studs or are they torque to yeild bolts

need lots of help thanxs

People reuse arp headstuds all the time. I'm not sure about the mains and the rod bolts though but I believe you can reuse them since they don't stretch when torqued unless I'm wrong.

I don't, I re-torque the head studs to the recommend ARP values, the Rod bolts should be measured and installed using one of those nifty Stretch Gauges, and for the mains I would treat them just the same as the head studs.

Word...just retorque them to what they're suppose to be and be done with it. Should be fine.
