Default Arias Pistons?

Are these guys reputable? I've heard of them before, but not anything exciting.

I talked to a guy at Arias that said that Lisa, Kenny, and some others were running their shelf stock pistons...is this true?

Where is the cheapest place I could find these at?

Arias is also one of the few manufacturers that does custom designs with-out a large order too.

I thought RPM went out of business?

RS motorworks is a big fan of Arias pistons. Kenny Tran does use their pistons. I know a lot of people that are not big fans though cause they are notorious for a knock when they warm up due to more taper in the piston compared to most other brands.

Yeah RS was all about putting Arias in my motor. This was about a year ago, they said arias has gotten better and they are a good way to save some money vs. JE. Considering the motors I know they've built for people, I wasn't going to argue. Now I'm happy with them

This is Jeff from Fargo.. Long time no see..

Anyways, shoot me an e mail tonight sometime..

I have heard the same with Arias that they tend to knock more than others when warm but I have no first hand experience.. Just what I heard!

My arias are very quiet on startup, and very quiet once warmed up. This is a set that was designed last november.

I would definately recommend them.

Arias has recently changed your metalergy because of the piston slap problems. This has quiet the slap if not stop it.

edit- I had the old pistons and they slapped like crazy at start up, but now I have the new batch and it's quiet all around.
