Default arghh! what do I do now!

I just finished installing my kit into my 92 integra and everything went excellent except for one thing! I got all my piping on and now my bumper won't fit on! Both sides that come out for the intercooler stick out to far. Even if I try to cut out some of my bumper it sitll won't fit! What do I do now?

Keep cutting. Here's how much I had to cut. Had to cut the grill a little bit too.

Ok, finally got the time and tried it, fits alright, bumper isn't on the greatest. But the pipe is about 1/2 inch from the ground! It has too much of a bend on it so it scraps pretty much everything. I just took it for a drive around the block and I must of hit the pipe 2-3 times...

Any other ideas?

Your pipe should not be that close. Scraping it that much will cause it to get a hole in it in no time. Maybe you could cut some of it at some point n the point to get it to fit better.

Pictures would help alot!!

I wish I had a camera to show you!

By the way, this isn't a turbo kit I bought off a company/someone, I peiced it all together and bought drag piping for my car (92 integra).. so thats why I have this problem..

I'm sure the wire is the foglight (there's one on the other side)...
I don't think I'll have any such problems with my custom install, since I'm using the dinky dsm side mount in my fenderwell, VERY stealthy, heh.

i would drive it up to a muffler shop and have them cut that bend out of the pipe where it dips down so low, then reweld it with another piece...shouldnt be that expensive. my guess would be like 50 bucks
