Right now i'm considering a drag3 kit for my gsr. A few people tell me that I will need to purchase a new front bumper so that the intercooler may fit. I didn't think this was true because I see people with intercoolers with stock integra bumpers all the time. So i guess i want to know is how well your intercoolers fit. is it really a big pain and a tight squeeze for the IC? I wouldn't mind getting a new front bumper because i just recieved a little over a thousand from the insurance due to some lady hitting me in the rear. WOuld there be any extra benifits to a larger mouth due to the increased surface area?

 

The intercooler should fit just fine. I see alot of tegs including myself who cut out the front grill section of the bumper. The only downfall to getting a new bumper would be, I assume, that it would be fiberglass....and I don't know if you want to deal with fitment/cracking issues.
