Default APP Bolts?

Noticed that most people use these when buying aftermarket rods. Are they just stronger or what, what do they cost and where can I get a set?

Ok here is my dilema. Damon is selling eagle rods in his goupbuy that is over sunday. But importparts has them for like $50 more but they come w/ the apr bolts. Now, I don't really need rods now but I"m trying to figure if I'd save money in the long run by just charging the rods from damon now or just look for the same importparts deal later in the summer?
