a have a stock type r head that im going to install in my LST setup
im going to go ls/vtec. if i use the skunk2 pro1's camshafts do i have to upgrade
the valve stem and retainers or can i just run it with my stock valve stem and retainers that came with the type r head and just upgrade the camshafts?

im pretty sure you will have to or should upgrade your valves, springs, and retainers if you are going to use these. thats what i was recommended by others when i was going to run these.

 

will it make that much of a difference if I upgrade?
