10k+3k plus another 3k of mine. i saw in another post a guy was ripped 1200 too. Im all for getting a lawyer and dominic has Pmed me about it. I know for a fact that MIKE is getting my emails to0, because he has replied to dominics which was sent to the same email address and a few days after i did. Once again im out of the US and dont know how to exactly approach a lawyer in the FL area...anyone got any ideas? also can anyone confirm his home address? im sure theres friends/aquaintances on this board who know where he lives and knows hes doing the wrong thing..if any of you could let us in on his home address or even PM me with his details to remain anonymous.

suck it comes to this to get your money back, I was going to get some rods from him a while back but thanks to a friends got rods from someone else.

Trust me, you don't want to wanted internationally by the FBI for putting out what almost looks like a "hit" on someone. I know it sounds like a pain in the *** but if you and other people get together to try and get your money back you and the others will more than likely get back your money and more(compounded interest, lawyer fees, race wages, etc etc).

Its better off this way. Especially since you're in a country that has an extradition treaty with the U.S.

me, missing fittings on various GE parts that came from him opened, after about 2 months... ~$130 to replace them with earl's.

The people ripped on the Subaru boards are out of luck, most likely as they're statute (time they have to file a case) is most likely blown. But it would be very useful as evidence in constructing a case. However, you just can't have stories about how he ripped people over there, you need credit card statements, dummy tracking numbers (if he did that), emails saying that it was on the way, etc. Real evidence.

No matter how hard you beat the snot out of him, $20K or whatever he owes is not going to come out of his pockets. The majority of that money probably went into his car.
