If Mike not refund my money , somebody from H-T help me . Call to BBB, police, and other place. Becouse my english is poor. I will be gratuful if somebody can help me to publicize my problem (lose 10k$) in local place, government place, etc.

damn, sorry to hear about the loss, but i mean can you get a phone number or something? You gotta get your money back dude :-( I remember Mike used to bring out the green EK turbo hatch to the meets around here. Havent seen him much since.

 

You guys really, really need to get all of your information together and form a case. Individually you may not be able to get much done, so I strongly urge you all to come together.

wow that is some crazy stuff . Its wierd how people can turn into flakers or scam artist over night. Look at all the cases turning up of money lost. Looks like mike used all this extra income to rebuild his car or to pay for a bigger shop. I have been scammed before for big cash before so I know how it feels, best advice , go there and deal with it face to face and have him pay the charges for you plane ticket too. If not involve a lawyer and sue for your 10g + compound intrest on it for the X ammount of months you have given him the money. I dont think he will have any business anymore now that his name has been sladered like this.

yeah he was kinda of a lagger, but i still got my stuff. im experiencing the same thing with Lanevo specific shops right now. they lagged like 2 weeks when its so called in stock.

damn what a blower! I'm sorry about your luck man, that **** sucks. What sucks even more is that I had good dealings with this guy and had him in my sig of people I vouch for even though it did take about a month for everything I ordered. He's off it now though...

If you guys don't band together and get a lawyer NOTHING is going to happen to Mike and he'll do this again in a few years.
$10K + $3K + how many others??
Get organized, get a list of everyone that was ripped off and for how much, and find a lawyer, and file a case.
Otherwise you are essentially letting him rip you off. At least do something. This is painful to watch.

 

Bnjmn is right. Most of you should get together and hire a good lawyer to represent all of you against a corporation. With this strong of a case and the amount of money involved, Jinx is probably right. He'll probably go the route of Enron and MCI. Declare chapter 11 and then you're all screwed. So be careful and discuss it with a lawyer. If it is a on man operation(sole proprietorship) then if he declares chapter 11 then it might not just be the company that goes under he(his credit) could be screwed as well.

At least the more of you that get involved in getting a lawyer the less of a cash burden it will be since you can split the cost. Not to mention if you win I believe he will be forced to pay all legal fees as well.

Just like he swore he was at Etown and yet no one saw him. I went by Frank's pit area and never saw him around. He won't show up at any races up here, maybe Moroso.
