I was getting ready to put one the torque mounts on underneath the car that bolts where the a/c is. I just notice that my turbo is in the way and I cant put the bracket on to bolt the mount on. Am I looking for trouble down the road??

 

I did this once and ended up with a dent in my hood

 

what can I do????

 

....the mounts were put there by the honda engineers for a reason.

Try grinding part of the mount down if you have to. It will still be fine with 3 bolts instead of 4.

 

no way to get it in there. I will try to cut the corner off after work. Hopefully that will work

 

yeah i had to grind mine down to fit. i was running without that mount, then my driver side mount took a **** and the motor dropped and shifted. use the mount.

true that do whatever it takes to put that mount in there besides its only you that it helps

 

what do civics and integs with h22's do?

with boosted accords its common to see guys running w/o the front mount but with filled/solid rear and side mounts.
