Default Anyone running AEBS head studs? Got an install question...

Just installed my head, not sure if I did the head studs right.

The instructions say to first install the studs with a 3/16 hex wrench to 10ft/lbs. Thats simple enough.

Next it says install the nuts onto the studs at 29ft/lbs. Loosen, and repeat. OK no problem.

Then it says to do each nut again in a 90 degree fashion, two more times. But does that mean leave the torque wrench at 29ft/lbs? Obviously if I try to tighten the nuts again at 29ft/lbs, the wrench will click, and by the time I reach 90 degrees, it feels like Im putting 1000ft/lbs on the nut. And it says to do it 2 more times???

Is this on a B-series? I do not remember the instructions on mine reading like that. I just torqued them in three stages, stopping at 70ft/lbs.
