Default Anyone run IAB's on a p28?

Is there anyone out there that has hooked up thier OBD2 IAB to a P28 ECU? I want to keep my stock intake mani and P72's are about 80$ more than a P28. Even with the P72, I'm not sure if I need to rewire the solenoid for the OBD1 P72.
I'm wondering if anyone has gone through Xenocron's IAB add-on procedure (which I trust as accurate).

It's still a two wire...why would there be a problem.

Because they are reverse polarity I believe. All you have to do is run a constant hot to one of the wires, and the other to the IAB output on the ecu. I don't know exactly which one is what, but it is a simple thing to do.

Yep, that's it. Just wondering if anyone has experience doing it. Sounds easy enough, but I don't want to waste my time on something that may not work. If the P28 can control the IAB's without hardware modification, that that's what I will get.
Thanks for the replies.

Depends on what system you are using to tune with...I'm not sure all of them have IAB stuff in the code working properly.

I have experience doing it, I just don't remember what wires go where. It is easy enough to just look it up in a honda manual. The output from the ecu is a ground.. so just hook the other wire of the IAB solenoid to a 12v source and they should work.

Well, that's another question/topic.
I am thinking of putting together a matrix on the different tuning software vs features/capabilities. If there already is one, a link would be cool...
CROME was my first choice as the interface makes sense to me and it seems to be the most common tuning choice.
As far as doing the wiring, that's not problem, I just want to make sure that the ECU and software I choose will control the IAB's. Again, the reason is stupid CARB, I want to keep the GSR intake.
P28 + crome = IAB control?

Xenocron, I saw on pgmfi that you had sent out parts to upgrade a P28 ECU to control the IAB's. Do you have any info on that?

I have the parts yes...whether or not they work in Crome is another. Also, as John said the car needs to be wired properly.

Within Crome you defintely need to be running P72 based code.
