Anyone like AEM FPR & fuel rail?
I'm thinking of going with the AEM FPR and fuel rail for my 96 prelude non-vtec. Anyone have any other suggestions or does AEM make good quality stuff..I already bought Walbro 255 pump from Viren. I'll be running with a Hondata 2B.

AEM stuff is fine but chances are that fuel rail is going to be more fluff than function for you. I would spend my money on something else.

The stock fuel rail is fine, but aftermarket fuel rails do offer convenient ports and threading. To get the same on the stock rail you'd have to mod it.

Yes, I was just saying it's overkill. From what I've seen they are nice, just as Venom, Vortech, etc. A little too gawdy for me, not sure why but I prefer the looks of the stocker. I drilled the plug on the end of mine out and tapped it for 1/4" NPT so I could install an Aeromotive. As for the stock FPR I just took it off and drilled/tapped and plugged that hole with a 1/8" NPT pipe plug!

I like my aem fpr, ever since I took my FMU out (it was blue) I was happy to know that I would at least be replacing the absence of a blue thing with the installment of another blue thing (the FPR)... oh and it works good too.

The AEM FPR is the worst product ever. I had a brand new diaphram rip on me running 40psi atmospheric at 13psi boost. I detonated and could have blown my motor. Run a stock regulator if ur gonna run a stock fuel rail and fuel lines. just adjust the hondata for the fuel pressure. IF u upgrade the rail and regulator get a self mounted regulator like areomotive. ive never heard of people having problems with those.
