Anyone know the quality of these pistons?
http://store.dragracing.com/pr...id=48
I was looking at these because they are forged and have a lower compression (8.5:1) than the JE Pistons I found (which were 9.0:1). I don't want to buy crappy parts, though - so if anyone has any info on these, I'd appreciate it. If nobody had heard of them, I'll probably just end up going with the JE pistons.
Thanks
Tyler

why do you want lower then 9:1 compression?...ide stick with either JE, CP, or Ross...you can get them for the the same price or cheaper then those...if you are determined on 8.5:1 compression, i think ross sells them

I agree, lower compression doesn't always mean it's better. All it does is give you more room for error when boosting it. I'd go for the 9:1's. You'll make a little more power with higher compression pistons anyway, a little less margin for error then the 8:5:1's, but, you're gonna wind up getting it tuned anyway, might as well go for a little higher.
