anyone ever thought of using blowers in the exhaust like diesel engines
ok i want to make some long pulls on my built motor but my egts get too hig to top it out u know.. heres the question has anyone ever tried to use a blower in the exhaust to keep egts down?? diesel engines use them for this very reason... any thoughts has anyone ever attempted this??>

older bombers in ww2 used roots blowers on the exh side to help them breathe. i can see your theory, BUT, what the hell are all the high hp guys doin? i know there are plenty of guys making high hp with acceptable egt's.
first i think you need to see why your egt's are high in the first place.
